What you can do?
Please let me know if you think the creation of Outsource Politicians is a good idea (walter@OutsourcePoliticians.org). If there are enough like minded people and businesses, there is much to do. A starting point may be to find people who are willing to pay for air-time for modified versions of the current concept ads.
One idea is to incorporate as a non-profit and go to work saving our country. I envision a complete volunteer organization where nobody is paid (including me). We will need individuals and companies to create a better web site, raise money and write scripts for commercials, provide marketing and public relations.
Manufacturing would not be in this mess if lobbying Congress worked. Outsource Politicians needs to avoid tactics already being taken and lobby directly to the public.
One of the problems is with current manufacturing associations. They are infiltrated and partially controlled by companies who donate money that have plants and financial interests in other countries. Our politicians are confused when our manufacturing associations give mixed signals such as supporting "trade" agreements that are really just "import" agreements.
Pleas email all ideas and thoughts. Leaders are needed!
